It came on time and in new condition. There were no scrapes, scratches, or niks on this new tamper. After I received it I put the broken one next to the new one. It seems as if this new tamper is a tad bit shorter than the one which came with my blender. Both were made by the same company and were made for low-profile blenders. The change is probably a good thing, though. I broke my first one by hitting the blender blades. The tamper is a useful tool to have with this blender.
