Our pads are made out of skin-friendly, breathable materials with a soft top sheet. The gel core offers the super absorbent leak protection you need to feel dry all day despite bladder leaks. Our inserts keep urine leaks locked in place! - EASY TO PLACE: Our sanitary absorbency pads are designed to be easy to place. Whether you are inserting them yourself or require help from another, these insert pads have optional adhesive tape to keep them secured. They can be placed in protective underwear to provide excellent leakage protection with soft elastic leg barriers. Wear to bed or throughout the day. - DISPOSABLE LEAK PROTECTION: Our incontinence pads are disposable for your convenience. You don’t have to wait for washable underwear to become clean. Just dispose of the insert pad and replace it with a new one when needed. No matter how your day is, you will feel confident, knowing that you are covered in case of embarrassing leaks. Offers more protection than just a liner. - DISCREET PACKAGING: LivDry’s absorbency pads come in discreet packaging, so no one will ever even know that you need them. Incontinence is a very personal matter. The bi-fold pads are easy to carry, so you can keep one in your purse or pocket. They offer odor protection as well! Get the wetness protection you need during the day or overnight without any embarrassment. - MAKE YOUR DAILY ROUTINE EASIER: Because these pads are easy to use and have high absorbency, they are the perfect addition to your daily routine. The tape will keep them locked in place, so you don’t have to worry. You can use other products, like adult diapers, as part of your routine if needed. We want you to enjoy meaningful activities without having to worry. ## Images ![LivDry Incontinence Pads, Super Absorbency Insert Pads, 120 Count - Image 1](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41JYYS4QBmL.jpg) ![LivDry Incontinence Pads, Super Absorbency Insert Pads, 120 Count - Image 2](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61YFr274icL.jpg) ![LivDry Incontinence Pads, Super Absorbency Insert Pads, 120 Count - Image 3](https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/41qSwslqHKL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐ Does not stay in place and this defeats the purpose. *by J***P on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2019* Dislike. Very absorbent (which is why I gave a 2nd star) but needs an adhesive backing to stay in place, otherwise displaces and leaks, sometimes slipping out entirely. Not ordering again. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Too big *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on March 11, 2019* I’m sure these are really good adult diapers, put these are not “pads.” This product was large. Looking for an extra protection to enforce Depends type product, this is not it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ They seem to be a good product, but they were not exactly what I needed. *by L***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2019* There was nothing wrong with this product. I returned them as they were not exactly what I needed, therefore, I cannot give them a true rating. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/72133886-livdry-incontinence-pads-super-absorbency-insert-pads-120-count](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/72133886-livdry-incontinence-pads-super-absorbency-insert-pads-120-count) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-16*
