If you feel your skateboard or components were defective, you may send it back to us, at the following address, freight prepaid. We will inspect it and let you know of our findings. If we decide your skateboard was defective or failed to give reasonable service, we will replace your deck with a similar, available skateboard of the same or better condition and pay for the shipping back to you. If our experienced inspector decides your skateboard was not defective and that you just broke it, you will be informed and asked if you want your skateboard sent back to you COD, or destroyed. Really good value. It is a great choice for new skaters. If you don't want to invest in a custom build this is a well made, high quality, reputable brand name option that is more affordable. You really can't beat this board for the price if you're not a pro/seasoned skateboarder.

This is my first skateboard and, after a couple of weeks, I can't be happier. Looks great, feels great, the grip is superb, it's light, and you can take it with you everywhere (this is a huge plus compared to longboards, way easier to start on, but bulky and heavy). Since the brand and components are high quality, the only thing I recommend to change right away are the wheels IF your main use is cruising around every surface and you don't want to fall every time you roll over a crack. The board comes with 99a wheels (extremely hard), so on the sidewalk or roads, these wheels are loud and transmit every possible vibration. Not a complaint, just a recommendation if you are a casual skateboarder and don't care too much about tricks. Super happy with my purchase and enjoying it every day.
