A lot of people have mentioned that there are creases in the foam when getting them in the mail. This of course happens because the packages are somewhat vacuum sealed. But there is a way to fix this problem. Once you take them out dip them into some lukewarm water for about a minute and make sure they get very saturated. This will help expand the foam and get rid of the creases. It will also take it on its natural shape. Then simply ring out the water and allow them to dry. As you can see in the photo they come out looking exactly as they should.
