Review: Amazing modelling paste - I purchased black modelling paste to make a speedometer cake topper and to make squares on the checkered cake pictured. I used modelling paste so the squares would hold their shape better than fondant. OH my goodness this is lovely stuff, hard to get going as it’s really firm but once soft it models like a dream. No cracking and it sets hard quickly. I bought other colours to model figures for cake decorating and will not use another brand again. This stuff is amazing!!

I found the paste very easy to work with, I am able to smooth out any mistakes I make without too much problem. It drys firm but also gives you plenty of time to work with. I have just bought some more as I was very impressed.
