So my one star deduction was due to some concerning reviews that were based upon misinformation. The liquid was pretty nasty and I took it with a chaser of orange juice or something to take the nasty taste away. Antioxidant powerhouse *by C***S on July 6, 2025* I love it when you order a black seed supplement and when you open the bottle you can smell the black seed oil even through the capsules they are encased in. This is a great quality supplement, I don't mind the taste of black seed oil, but it makes it much easier when I try and get others in my household to use it since no one but me seems to be able to tolerate it. Green tea is a fantastic antioxidant, so it's nice to have it included as well. These are easy to take, and though they do smell very much like black seed oil, I don't feel like I can taste it when I take them or anything like that. Pretty good value as well for a potent and effective product. My skin feels healthier, I had elbow pain for a while and that has resolved itself.
