I've never rolled them completely up to the top of my finger. I've only used them about halfway upn the middle of my forefinger. They are kind of tight on my finger. I'm not sure if it's because I ordered the wrong size. I ordered a large and I have small hands so for some uses maybe they're supposed to be tight. They were that's all that matters to me at this point and it's better than giving my cat liquid medicine in her mouth twice a day.
