I do makeup pretty regularly on myself and sometimes professionally for family and friends, so I clean these brushes quite often. There has been little shedding, if any this whole time. They are still in the same condition pretty much as when I bought them. I will say that I don't use the makeup cleaning tool provided, and I have moved past the beauty blender that came with it, but I liked the softness when I did use it. The variety of brushes you get is amazing, and it includes a pamphlet as to what each brush is used for, which is very helpful for beginners looking to get into makeup. I can also attest to the density of the brushes, truly amazing quality. Because these are so well made, it makes the makeup application process so smooth. The color and look of the brushes themselves are gorgeous, so so pretty. I loved them so much, I got them as a gift for a friend of mine that loved them while I was doing her makeup.
