This innovation improves thermal performance by facilitating direct heat transfer to the cooler, ideal for gaming PCs, workstations, and silent builds. The frame also safeguards the exposed chiplets during cooler installation, ensuring both enhanced cooling and hardware protection. ## Description Thermal Grizzly offers the AMD Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame, a CPU mounting frame that allows for the installation of Ryzen 7000 processors without the integrated heat spreader. By omitting the heat spreader, the CPU cooler can be attached directly to the processor's chiplets, resulting in lower temperatures and improved performance. Removing the heat spreader ("delidding") also enables better cooling in gaming PCs, workstations, and silent PCs. Direct-die cooling offers benefits such as direct heat dissipation to the cooler and more efficient heat transfer. The AMD Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame protects the exposed chiplets of the Ryzen 7000 CPU and enables secure CPU cooler installation without damaging the sensitive chips. ## Features - The AMD Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame is a CPU mounting frame that allows for the installation of Ryzen 7000 processors without the integrated heat spreader - Removing the heat spreader ("delidding") can also improve cooling in gaming PCs, workstations, and silent PCs - Direct-die cooling offers benefits such as direct heat dissipation to the cooler and more efficient heat dissipation - The AMD Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame protects the exposed chiplets of the Ryzen 7000 CPU and enables safe installation of the CPU cooler without damaging the sensitive chips ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BVKZLZ1G | | Brand Name | Thermal Grizzly | | Colour | black | | Country of Publication | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (36) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04260711990694 | | Item Dimensions | 6.9 x 5.3 x 0.4 Centimeters | | Item Weight | 30 Grams | | Manufacturer | Thermal Grizzly | | Manufacturer Part Number | TG-DDF-R7000-R | | Model Number | TG-DDF-R7000-R | | Mounting Type | CPU Mount | | Unit Count | 1.0 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Thermal Grizzly - **Colour:** black - **Item Weight:** 30 Grams - **Item dimensions L x W x H:** 6.9 x 5.3 x 0.4 Centimeters - **Net Quantity:** 1.0 Count ## Images ![Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31r1coTPCzL.jpg) ![Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51PZwyNSpBL.jpg) ![Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31fMnbc1ACL.jpg) ![Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/414T8xeRe6L.jpg) ![Thermal Grizzly Ryzen 7000 Direct Die Frame - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/31bK6Cn8HLL.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - Thermal Grizzly Direct Die Frame Ryzen 7000 - for Mounting Ryzen 7000 CPUs Without The Integrated Heatspreader - Made in Germany - Thermal Grizzly - Delid-Die-Mate - AMD Ryzen 7000 CPU Delid Tool - Processor Heatspreader Removing Tool - Delidding Tool Developed by der8auer - Enhances Cooling - Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut Thermal Grease - 1Gram Set + Extra Applicators - Liquid Metal Thermal Paste for Cooling The CPU, GPU (Conductonaut) (1g Combo) Made in Germany --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/724556679-thermal-grizzly-ryzen-7000-direct-die-frame](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/724556679-thermal-grizzly-ryzen-7000-direct-die-frame) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-05*
