The only thing is that the foam backing is quite soft, so when laying down the material the adhesive glue can rip the foam off. It’s almost like a one shot chance. If you don’t lay it down right the first try, and your glue has started to become tacky, lifting the material will tear the foam off leaving it stuck to your headliner.
