**Q: Can anyone tell me the ingredients?  I MUST avoid dairy, soy, gluten, lime, mint & grapes in any form due to severe allergy, Thank you!**
A: It says on my package, Ingredients: rice, palm oil, suger, corn starch, salt, monosodium glutamate, gelatin. Also a diffrent area says it also has, potato starch and sodium citrate.

**Q: How many want want cookies are there per package. They look like they are individually wrapped. Are they?**
A: Number of cookies varies by weight, but around 14-18. Yes they are individually wrapped. It's been a while since I've ordered them, so the manufacturer may have changed the product.

**Q: How many calories is a packages of two crackers?**
A: The package says 150 calories for 5 pieces, however, there are only 2 crackers in each package. So I would interpret that to mean 30 calories per cracker, or 60 crackers for the package of 2.

**Q: Do you carry this product with only 10 carbs?**
A: its 3% carbs- 12 serings percontainer-  calories 60 rat 3g sugars 2g- sodiuim 40 mg
