Works good. I recommend a little sanding with 80 grit sandpaper in the area where there will be water. Use a small roller where possible. I'm at three months with no loss of paint. Two weeks to dry fully without a box fan set to high. **Q: How long does this paint to dry before using the refrigerator?** A: This Epoxy dries fairly quickly as long as you apply thin layers. I followed the prep directions. I did 3 coats, 1 coat every hour, left to dry overnight. **Q: Can this be used on ceramic tile shower walls?** A: I’m sure it can I wouldn’t **Q: whats the difference between this and the counter top paint?** A: This is designed for metallic surfaces and the counter top paint is for laminate surfaces. This one is great, but it is fairly thin so I would prep and sand if you have chipped paint areas. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Execellent Product, its got a big WOW! out of me! *by on Reviewed in Canada June 5, 2025* I am amazed how new my Fridge looks!! Very easy to use and yes it smells as expected! Next day i can not smell it! Used 1/2 can(2 coats). Next project Bath tub. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So easy to use and great results. *by on Reviewed in the United States November 20, 2025* This paint is amazing. It made my old, tired refrigerator look new again. My refrigerator still worked great, and I didn't want to get rid of it just because the outside was looking embarrassing bad. I'm terrible with spray paint and the thought of emptying it and taking it outside seemed overwhelming, so I got this instead. It rolled on so smooth and easy. I wasn't sure a quart would be enough, but I ended up only using about 1/3rd of it. It covered great with only one coat. There was a smell, but no more than with any enamel paint. It was mostly gone by the next day. I am so pleased with the results. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really great product *by on Reviewed in Canada November 16, 2025* Whoa! Really great product. Painted my countertop and back splash. Really easy to use, no primer. Rolled nicely with 4” roller. Standing up extremely well. Will be painting the dishwasher next! Only downside is the high VOC’s. Do not use in poorly ventilated areas. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rust-Oleum 241168 Specialty Appliance Epoxy Paint, Quart, Gloss White 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) - Mister Rui Foam Paint Roller, 8 Pack 4 Inch Paint Roller Kit, Complete 4" Mini Paint Roller Kit with Small Foam Paint Roller Covers, Frame, Tray and Liner for Professional Painting Results - Pro Grade, Paint Brushes, 5-Piece, Paint Brush Set: Flat & Angle Brushes for Latex and Oil Paints, Stains, Interior & Exterior Home Improvement --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/725956386-rust-oleum-241168-specialty-appliance-epoxy-paint-quart-gloss-white](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/725956386-rust-oleum-241168-specialty-appliance-epoxy-paint-quart-gloss-white) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-11-08*
