Installation only took a few minutes. You will need snap ring pliers to change over the lock cylinder. Put your key in the cylinder while you change it over so the pins don't explode when you take it out. It's not fun finding them all over the floor and reinserting them. If you do not have a lock cylinder, you will need to get one or it won't be able to pull the latch.
