It broke soon after purchased. I found many other people were experiencing the same break. Because I hadn’t purchased it directly from American girl, in a phone conversation, they said they were not going to replace it. I decided to pay and send it in as a hospital doll repair. They decided at that point to send a new doll. Welliewishers newer doll his now good!.
