If I wrap with candy, can I eat the rice paper too?** A: Yes this paper is edible. I use it to make an Italian candy called Torrone which requires a top and bottom layer of the wafer paper that covers the gooy nuget in between. **Q: What does the grade mean?** A: The grade refers to the thickness of the paper.
