It would have received a better review but the functionality I purchased this for (the mute button) is flawed. I have to take a fair bit of business calls, while in rental cars, so I wanted a bluetooth speaker that I could take from car to car, and I wanted one with a mute button so that I could mute and un-mute without going to my phone. The problem is that when you push the mute botton it make a noise on the phone call that can be heard by anyone on the call, so they can tell when you are coming on and off of mute. One, that is annoying for the others, and two, in my opinion it is unprofessional for me to announce "hey I was muted because I am not giving you my undivided attention".
