Very disappointed in this product. First, i ordered the blue version. The box shows blue but the product inside was purple. I thought okay I'll go ahead and try it. First following instructions, I filled up with water to the max line, allowed unit to heat up and begin to use. As I used the product on a hanging dress, water was spilling out all over the floor. There is no cover attachment for regular hand steaming. The ceramic surface burned a hole in my dress is even on the low setting. I will be returning this product.

I really like this product. It's a garment steamer and a flat iron in one device with two accessories that are easy to snap on and off.Two accessories are:Fabric bristle brush: Steam cleans the dust off of fabrics that cannot be washed such as sofas, curtains, and business suits. It did a great job of refreshing my chair cushions and getting rid of pet hair. (I have four dogs who shed like mad!) It also worked very nicely on removing creases from my husband's business pants without the hassle of ironing.Lint brush: Worked extremely well with my silk blouses. I turned them inside out before I steamed them and yes, some of the stubborn wrinkles took a while to come out. However, it quickly knocked the wrinkles out of my rayon skirts when I pulled them out of winter storage in time for the holidays.I like the flat iron and it was easy to switch between the steamer and iron. It was perfect in ironing the edges of my skirts after I steamed them.The only con is that it didn't come with a bag to keep all of the accessories together with the steamer when it's not in use.Hope it helps!

Steamer is portable lightweight and very easy to use. Pretty self explanatory. The small size is great to keep in the drawer and heats up fairly fast , it does what it needs to. Great to get a shirt dewrinkeld when it needs to be done fast or as a last minute fix. Also perfect to de wrinkle your top sheet or bed spread. While it’s On the bed!! Wished the cord was a bit longer just for that reason otherwise great product!!

Cheap. Cheap. Cheap. Unless you crank the heat it doesn't get hot enough to produce steam, at that point it is WAAAYYYYY too hot for fabric to get anywhere near contact with the plates; it will burn or melt your clothing. The attachments give some distance between the fabric and the plate.. except.... yeah... THE PLATE ATTACHMENTS MELTED... WHAT A WASTE OF $30... I should have known better

I unfortunately bought this item to have for when I dry cleaned my own clothes at home. I dont do this very often but needed to use it for the first time this past weekend and it did not work. Power came on to it and it heated up but the steamer function did not operate, it just kind of gurgled and that was it. Thumbs down from me. I should have tried it out as soon as I got it as I have now passed the window of return and am stuck with it. Also the instructions are beyond poor, obviously a lot is lost in translation. Only plus, I purchased with my American Express card so they give me 120 days purchase protection. Thank you Amex.

Not as light weight as I would like. Works good. I used it on my new curtains that came all wrinkled. This will be handy for when I travel. Heats up fast.

I've been wanting a stream machine to help me when I travel. Irons are too big and bulky. It's easy to use and I can take it with me in a suitcase. It comes with 2 attachments and instructions for easy usage.
