My only complaint (if you can call it that) is purely aesthetic: the pillow is vacuum-sealed for shipping and once unpacked, the fabric covering never loses the wrinkles to become the pillow as shown in the product pictures. It ended up looking more like a crushed velvet, which isn’t the worst look in the world, so it’s definitely not worth losing a star over.
