I saw the company making it all fresh on Gordon Ramsey's Unchartered show and knew I had to have it. Went to their site - everything was sold out. They probably only offer eight products, but still. So, my second stop, Amazon. It came to me somewhat temperature controlled. I lived in AZ (NOT a hot day, I wouldn't have bothered to order otherwise) and it kept well in its bubble wrap and one cold pack. We had a cheese night surrounding just THIS cheese and it was 200% worth it! I will say, I like a little bit of crystals in my aged cheddar, and this had none.
