Is this fully functioning on windows 10 yet? If you are using it with Win 10, please tell me ?** A: I have had the shuttle Pro for about a year and a half, and have been using it with Windows 10. However, I've never been able to program the buttons and have been using 6 of the preprogrammed buttons and the wheel with Premiere Pro CC. I contacted support early on, and was told that their technical support person was no longer with them, and being a small company, they were unable to assist me. I'm not sure if they've replaced this person since that time. I decided in the end, to keep the Shuttle Pro, since it was still better than editing using only the keyboard controls. Now a year and a half later, it still only works with the above buttons, and 1 of them has started to have issues, but is still working. I am considering upgrading to the 3Dconnexion Space Mouse Enterprise, as it seems newer, and hopefully works better with Windows 10. **Q: What is the difference between this and the $170 model available on Amazon?** A: Both are the same exact product the other is being sold by a different seller and is not one of our authorized re-sellers. **Q: Is there a proper manual for Mac users?
