Mine went up a full cup size with 3 capsules 3 times a day. I stopped for 6 days after about 3 months of taking these and they THEN RETURNED TO THE SMALLER CUP THAT I previously had! So to maintain the larger size I have to keep taking these. I have also lost 70 lbs taking these too, so you have to keep an eye on that if you are already a normal weight, but I can say that my Dr's have given me a Woo Hoo! for the weight loss and that is without even trying to do anything differently because it will curb your appetite and raise your metabolism.
