I received my package quickly with Prime shipping. The product comes in a screw top plastic bottle. There are 60 capsule included. This is 1 month's supply as you are instructed to take 2 capsules daily.I have taken probiotics in the past and these seem to give me the same effects as other brands. I don't think there is anything exceptional about them, but they get the job done. The probiotics help to regulate digestion for me, and I don't have nearly as many stomach pains as I do without them.The reason that I have rated this 4 stars instead of 5 is that these capsules are hard to swallow, I have never had this problem with capsules in the past.
