With two cooking simultaneously on my kitchen stove, They yield 1/4 bushel of peanuts. The size/capacity being 8 Qt with their locking lid and drain holes make it so EASY to drain the peanuts into the sink without a mess. For my application needs these 2 pots are PERFECT ! I measure EVERYTHING from the amount of water and salt (to prevent adding more later) to the clocked cook time. with periodic stirring.... Thus my Country Caviar (boiled peanuts) come out PERFECT every time. I have custom made bags with my personalized logo and business cards made but I don't sell them (altho I easily could on a small scale) I enjoy cooking and gifting to my very close friends and in their bags, they look good and I'm proud to give them out.
