No milia at all. Blends nicely, it’s not heavy and doesn’t flake under concealer. You can also use it on the eyelid as well, as it doesn’t contains retinol. I’ve definitely noticed brighter skin and less crepe (especially on the eyelid). Dark circles have diminished. The dispenser releases the perfect amount although I don’t love that you have to push down to release the cream- don’t press this into your eye area, too much pressure! In spite of this this, I would still recommend it. I haven’t encountered this good of eye cream in a long time.
