Review: Heats evenly, beautiful - We were gifted one of the blue pans as a housewarming gift and it works so well on our induction oven that we bought a whole set of green ones as well. The color is a touch more “lime” than the picture suggests, I was hoping for a more sage color, but beyond that these are our new favorite pans. They heat evenly, are scratch-resistant, easy to use and to keep food from sticking, and the set allows for nearly any cooking need. I would probably supplement the order with a small sauce pan. Otherwise this set is excellent!
