When there, rarely did I miss an opportunity to have sticky rice and mangoes for dessert. "Mango Sticky Rice in Coconut Cream" is a snap to prepare (even for a non-cook like me) and an enjoyable snack. Though the freeze-dried mango pieces that come in the package are not up to fresh, ripe mango standards (thus the loss of a 5th star) its still enjoyable When possible I eat it with fresh mango slices which I'm lucky to get in my neighborhood Target. The only other problem is a minor one and that's the serving size. This is a 1-serving portion by Thai (and my) standards. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. If you've never had sticky rice before... prepare to become hooked:-) To the Manufacturer: Please add ounces to you instructions so every American trying Sticky Rice gets it perfect. .
