They are a touch bigger than I want, but the 2x were just a touch too tight. These are the same design as the regular Workwear line that I like (zipper fly, same number and type of pockets), but stretch and feel much more comfortable. I no longer have to worry about my crotch blowing out when I squat down. They are very long (I wear the short length in regular Workwear (28" inseam), I had to hem these up).I have found my new favorite scrub bottoms, and will be ordering more of these soon.2nd Edit (10/15): I have ordered 2 more pair of these since my first pair. Still as comfortable as when I first got them, and the color has not faded at all (Royal Blue) compared to the new pair.One issue with them though, one of the pair of new ones has some shorter ties. Twice one end went into the waistband while in the wash.
