He gives us clear directions and shares how he does things based on YEARS of trial and error to point out what works and how to find out what will work for you. We are using it as a blueprint for our retirement income farm on less than 20 acres. Thank you to this author!!!!! Cost of the book is so minimal based on the knowledge in it and the suggestions. He lays out his crop rotations with green manures, etc. Takes a lot of risk away for us just starting out. This book will save time and money for anyone who uses it in accordance with what the specifics of their property are. If you are just looking, he lets you know what to look for. If you already have your property, he tells how to best use it. Soil health explained in detail.
