I shake the bottle up real good, I put 34 drops in some water, and I stir it up real good and drink it pretty fast and I go to bed. The next morning i noticed my left leg wasn't swollen like before. I also noticed that eating salt doesn't help at all. Need to stay away from that. Review: I have a problem with lymph node swelling and this has helped me tremendously! I can't tell so much when I forget to take a daily dose but by the second day, it raises its ugly head and let's me know it is there! I would say this works very well. I hold under my tongue for 45 seconds to make sure it does what it is supposed to do! If you have the same problem with your 'nodes', you might want to consider these drops. They taste a bit like prune juice so it's not really a disgusting taste at all. I tried it, you should too! What benefits with the lymphatic drainage? I don't see any comments about that?** A: This stuff is the way to go. It will start draining your lymph within days, and after 2 bottles most of my congestion is clear. Highly Recommend. **Q: how many droppers make 34 drops?** A: Liquid is measured by drops coming out of dropper. No marks are on the dropper to indicate amount. I just count the drops and usually mix it in about 4 oz of sport drinks or tea.
