I love this BALEINE Laundry Hamper with Lid. It's nice and tall and should hold a lot of laundry. I purchased this hamper because I was tired of seeing my grandson's laundry on the bathroom floor. I figured that if he thought his clothing belonged in the bathroom, he should have a hamper. This hamper fits the bill and will help him stay organized.This Baleine hamper is beautiful. It feels durable. It took just about 3 minutes to put it together. It was very easy to assemble. You just stick the 4 poles in the corner pockets and voila! The vinyl bag insert is large and thick, but not too thick. The outer fabric covering adds a nice touch. It is easily collapsible if, for some reason, you need to do that. It really seems like a good quality item.

I'm very disappointed with how this purchase turned out for me. I don't usually write product reviews, but I'm so upset with this experience that I'm taking the time to do so.In the past, I've ordered about half a dozen hampers of this style (though not from this seller) for my Airbnbs or for my kids. The last time I ordered hampers of this style, the options on Amazon were generally higher quality-- the hamper bins were a linen-like fabric, and every hamper had two laundry bags included, meaning you could pull out one bag to put through the laundry, while having the other bag inside the hamper to continue catching the unending stream of dirty clothes.Now, however, I have not been able to find a single hamper listing that includes two laundry bags. The bags themselves are gross and plastic-feeling, not the sturdy mesh ones that I had come to expect. That is extremely disappointing to me: the entire market on Amazon seems to have shifted to providing a single, low-quality laundry bag, and charging the customer more for this poorer product.On to my issues with this order specifically. I ordered TWO of these hampers since I really needed two laundry bags. This hamper is for my newborn's room, and if you've any experience with kids at all, you know they are prodigious producers of dirty linens. Two laundry bags is a non-negotiable for me to stay on top of this.The two hampers arrived, and I assembled one. The hamper itself feels lower-quality than the others I've ordered previously. That linen-feeling fabric is gone, and it's a low-quality plastic fabric now. Fine, I told myself, not a big deal. The two laundry bags are the key here. I resigned myself to the situation and continued on with my life with my newborn.Until a few weeks ago when the laundry bag handles ripped clean off as I was taking it out of the hamper. I was not using excessive force, and I was not using the product incorrectly. It was simply so poorly constructed that it could not withstand the pressures of the job it was designed to perform.I now have purchased two hamper sets in order to solve the problem of insufficient laundry bags, only to have one of the laundry bags rip entirely in half and become unusable. I even reached out to the brand and provided photos, hoping for support and replacement. Nothing.In short: don't waste your money. This is a cheap product, way overpriced, with no customer service or support.
