The other 2 are very expensive, so this is my #1 recommended brand. I use this one every other day because they are pretty potent. I can feel die off if I use these daily. I alternate with a few other probiotics. It's recommended not to always use the same one so that you get a different variety of strains. I use the infant stuff too, on an as needed basis, and I see a difference in my youngsters stools right away.
