I am a customer like you so I have no authority in returning your money. The walking stick was used for me to steady me while I walked. I did not use it as a cane. Probably the cane is made differently due to others placing their weight on them while they use it. **Q: Is this the same walking cane now offered in TV ads for 39$ ?** A: I purchased one from Amazon. After arduous research I can state that Amazon (and other 29.00) offer a Campbell posture cane with a 10 height adjustment. The TV ad and Campbell Co. offer a 12 adjustment cane for 39.99 + S&H (almost $50) . My issue is my height which at 4'11" is still too tall for proper alignment. I called Campbell and could only get a salesperson terrible (real closer) who could not definitively tell me if the extra height adjustment buttons would offer me a shorter option. He claims 12 button adjusts fro, 39 to 50. Very imprecise. Is measurement from top of handle or the grip That is the important question. My cane is 40" from top to floor but grip is in wrong position. My PT says grip should be at thigh/hip position and arm at 20% angle for effectiveness. TV ad says grip should be at elbow height. Useful link www.highya.com/campbell-posture-cane-reviews says 12 button from 37 to 46 but the grip is still to high. I am vain but really need support. Nevertheless, I'll try the 12 and 10 and make the best of it to walk upright **Q: Is the hard rubber base replaceable with another base that stands more solidly: this base is useless as it will not stand by itself?** A: It will stand upright. ## Frequently Bought Together - Campbell Posture Cane for Men & Women - Walking Canes for Seniors, Folding Cane, Walking Stick Made w/Heavy-Duty Aluminum, Ergonomic Campbell Handle, Rubber Traction Tip, Elderly Assistance Products - RMS Cane Tip - Self Standing Quad Base Replacement for Most Walking Canes, Walking Sticks, Folding Canes or Offset Quad Pod or Tripod Canes - 4 Prong Rubber Cane Foot Pad (Black) - Honmido Walking Cane Foldable for Men & Women Seniors for Balance,Self Standing Folding Cane,Height Adjustable Anti-Slip Lightweight Alloy Walking Stick Collapsable for Travel Mobility Aid --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/747471880-campbell-posture-cane-walking-cane-for-men-women-mobility-device](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/747471880-campbell-posture-cane-walking-cane-for-men-women-mobility-device) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
