I cannot get my fingers, even the smallest, comfortably into even the largest holes. My wife has quite small hands with small fingers and she cannot get these bands over her hands. The bands vary in size as well as resistance, so the smallest really is too small for the average adult.On the other hand, they feel fairly stiff, which ought to be a good thing, but they may be too stiff for a child or smaller teenager. I would have sent these back, but the postage back to China is going to be more than they are worth. ### ⭐ Broke Very Quickly *by C***I on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 November 2020* I bought these to help strengthen my wrists after an injury. I started with the weakest strength (palest blue), exercising carefully on alternate days. After a month it broke (just a few days after my return/refund option closed). Hoping I’d unfortunately got just one defective product, I then moved onto the next strength of exercise-band (mid blue) and this broke after two weeks. I’m now on the third (darkest blue) which is really too stiff for me to use with my injury. Very disappointing indeed.
