The bad news is the directions steer often in tiny print so you’ll need a magnifying glass to read them. Also, when you mix the 2 processing bottles, the smell is horrible. Dead fish comes to mind. There is no mixing bowl so you’d need to provide your own, which is understandable. I used a plastic bowl and discarded it when done. The good news is this product is rather easy to use and will produce fantastic results. I started using it years ago because they made a children’s formula. I’m not a child nor am I African American, but I needed something mild because I have fine hair which is naturally wavvy especially in humidity. Think frizz. I didn’t see a child’s formula so I risked using an adult one. I left it on for no more than 6 minutes for the application and 5 minutes comb through. It came out totally relaxed and extremely soft. It also had a nice shine. The smell disappeared after all was said and done.
