I bought it because I get back ache after sitting at a computer all day and I know it is due to my poor posture. I am really happy I picked this one and can feel myself sitting straighter even when I am having breakfast and not wearing it. It's easy to use and comfortable. I forget I am wearing it at work. Especially while sat and the computer or crafting. While its on though it will restrict your reach.
