I was never comfortable walking and certainly not running without some hold on the support bars. The Connect Me Tight waist band has almost completely resolved those issues and now I can walk and even jog comfortably. The band offers a relaxed, flexible support which allows me to let go mentally and just exercise. This is a wonderful device, it's easy to set up and use and I find that it fits every treadmill with which I've tried it. The Velcro closures work perfectly and use enough material to insure that I feel safe and that the band will not let go on it's own unexpectedly. I highly recommend this product.
