Use some common sense. I don't care how "safe" the adhesive is, it is still adhesive and has NO PLACE on your dog's paws. **Q: How often do you have to change the pads?** A: they last abt 3-4 days. our 15 yr old lab doesnt go outside much but we live in fla and so the ground is usually pretty wet in the summer. i dont see that he tracks much water or dirt in on them, though. he doesnt like his feet to be touched so i cant really remove the old ones entirely — i just cut off as much as i can and then put a new pad over what’s left of the old one. **Q: Are they reusable?
