Use 4 heaping tsp of granules in measuring cup add 1/2 pint boil water stirring all the time. For extra thick add more granules. These measurements you will have to convert. I just for the 2 of us use a 1 cup measuring glass and add 4-5 tsp as we like our gravy thick. If I am doing a roast I add this gravy to my Heinz gravy with onions and mushrooms. Very tasty.
