I kinda laughed at the claim of crave less sugar but I think I actually am. Not that I normally carve a lot. For me the selling point was no liner, al, of the stainless bottles I’ve tried have a weird taste and I end up not using it. Ive used this every day since it got here. I do find to have to toss yesterday’s water, basically if it sits too long there’s too much metallic taste for me. While it’s nice to have the ring to help seal it still leaks a bit, but does fine if mainly upright, just don’t expect to toss it in your bag and have it at all angles and have no leakage. It gave the bottle a bit of an antique look. The bottle itself is of very good quality and has no visible marks or scratches. It looks like a single piece of metal with no visible signs of joins. The lid closes tight and water does not leak from the bottle. However, I have not tried carrying the bottle in a bag to check for leaks. I use the bottle at my desk. The bottle came well packed inside a cardboard box and there was no damage.
