After wet vaccuming the mattress you can put this generously and then dry it in shade. My sofa is also foam based and I use this product. Appart from this you can use a strong citronella/lavender/lemongrass based spray on/under your mattress to avoid the pet to pee on your mattress. **Q: Does it come with a spray bottle?** A: Not that I know of. **Q: Cat has peed on large bed(washable) of dog. Can the solution be diluted in water bucket and in it can those clothes be pre treated before laundry wash** A: This solution if put directly is more effective than diluting in water. If you want you can spray this solution along with soapy water n soak it for sometime after that wash the bed/soiled area. It works pretty much immediately when applied to the spots where the smell of cat urine has to be removed from.The product has a very pleasant scent that is not overwhelming.
