I've heard only good things about what's in this product so will try to find them elsewhere now..Original review when 1st taking them: Kind of hard to review a product you've only been taking for a few weeks...I did a lot of research and this company came up as a good one which is very important to me. How does one review such a product anyway? I take one in am and one in pm. To further support my immune system, at age 65, I also take 1000 mg of ascorbic acid (Vit C) in the am & pm. I take that in capsule form that has no fillers, and I drink 90 oz of water daily with the juice of one lemon in it. (putting fresh lemon juice in filtered water is very healthy for your liver & kidneys and quantity counts. An ND told me to drink half my body weight, in ounces, daily which I was already doing.
