I needed a Windows PC to communicate with my amateur radio equipment. In other words my $2000 Apple Mac would not do the job. So I decided to get something that would do the job and not break the bank. I am spoiled by the 5K resolution on the Mac and I knew I had to settle for what I got. The laptop display is nothing to crow about. The colors are lackluster and the resolution is only full HD. However I have found that I got used to it watching YouTube videos etc. But the good news is my primary need of this computer is to look at basically a spread sheet with radio information. So it’s fine for that. The other thing that been positive about this is: I’ve had no issues whatsoever with this computer. It’s been many years since using a PC and things have improved. Lots of bang for the buck, and perfect for my needs in the radio hobby.
