There quick release mounts are stronger, easier to use, and easier to install than the other brands. The only issue they have, which they should try to fix is there is always a tiny bit of wiggle on the base attachment when it is locked, but it is minor. The other thing that could be better on this unit is the ability to swivel the top part that attaches to the display. You can swivel the base and adjust the arm to do the same thing for the most part, but a swivel top would make it perfect.
