Great for aces and sore muscles

Forms well to the body and the knee sleeve that it slides into makes for ease of use.

I want to like these.. I think I love/hate them.

*by Z***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 21, 2019*

Love that it's comfortable, soft clay, no odors, and they're compact to freeze/store.Hate that they don't stay cold for very long!! They do seem to re-freeze more quickly than other gel or ice packs, so I'm glad I bought two.I also bought the clay pack/shoulder brace combo. The brace was more trouble than it's worth if you're injured, in severe pain and your arms aren't working too well to begin with. Even with someone helping to fit it. Total hassle. The brace stayed in the box but that second clay pack is needed to alternate cold on one shoulder at a time. Many visits to the freezer to swap.

    Not too thick !

Perfect size - long and thins. Fits in freezer perfectly.
