It uses a piezo element that sends the vibrations of your instrument directly to your tuner. Even when you're in an environment with high ambient sound, such as a large ensemble, this mic allows high-precision tuning. The shape of the cable's strain relief where it joins the unit has been modified for increased durability from the previous model, and sound transmission performance has been further improved. The clip opens to a maximum width of 1.8". The rubber inside the clip is shaped in a way that allows attachment to any type of instrument. It can be attached lightly but firmly to a variety of instruments, including to the bell of a brass instrument, the bridge of a violin, or the head of a guitar or ukulele. The lineup consists of three models: black, white/black, and black/red. Choose the color that matches the tuner unit you're using! ## Features - Redesigned Cable Design: Durable, stress-resistant cable with improved flexibility and a redesigned junction for longer-lasting performance. - Secure Multi-Instrument Clip: Clip opens up to 1.2" (30mm) with specially shaped rubber for stable grip on brass, strings, guitars, ukuleles, and more. - High-Precision Piezo Pickup: Piezo sensor captures instrument vibrations directly, ensuring accurate tuning even in noisy environments. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Antenna Location | Singing | | Asin | B07DZRDCMB | | Audible Noise | 40 db | | Best Sellers Rank | #51,712 in Musical Instruments (See Top 100 in Musical Instruments) #72 in Instrument Microphones & Systems | | Brand | KORG | | Built In Media | Microphone | | Color | Black | | Compatible Devices | tuner | | Connectivity Technology | Auxiliary | | Connector Type | 6.35 mm Jack | | Customer Reviews | 4.7 4.7 out of 5 stars (1,242) 4.7 out of 5 stars | | Enclosure Material | Plastic With Metal | | Global Trade Identification Number | 04959112179127 | | Item Dimensions | 3.3 x 4.8 x 1.1 inches | | Item Type Name | Tuner | | Item Weight | 0.04 kg | | Manufacturer | Korg | | Mfr Part Number | CM300BK | | Microphone Form Factor | Mini | | Model Number | CM300BK | | Number Of Channels | 1 | | Number Of Items | 1 | | Polar Pattern | Unidirectional | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Signal To Noise Ratio | 40 db | | Special Feature | Clip | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 5 years. | ## Product Details - **Brand:** KORG - **Color:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** tuner - **Connectivity Technology:** Auxiliary - **Connector Type:** 6.35 mm Jack - **Included Components:** Microphone - **Item Weight:** 0.04 kg - **Polar Pattern:** Unidirectional - **Recommended Uses For Product:** Singing - **Special Feature:** Clip ## Images ![Korg CM-300 Clip-on Contact Microphone w/ 1.2" Maximum Width- Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51B7Ypw3hcL.jpg) ![Korg CM-300 Clip-on Contact Microphone w/ 1.2" Maximum Width- Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41EerjEsCpL.jpg) ![Korg CM-300 Clip-on Contact Microphone w/ 1.2" Maximum Width- Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51djm-E-+tL.jpg) ![Korg CM-300 Clip-on Contact Microphone w/ 1.2" Maximum Width- Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51xwN76Tb4L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use *by on Reviewed in the United States October 20, 2023* Works great and easy to use. Has held up with daily use and travel back and forth to school. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent - needed item *by on Reviewed in the United States March 20, 2025* Good item; necessary piece of equipment to ascertain one’s pitch when others are playing at the same time. Plugs into the Korg tuner. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great for Theater application! *by on Reviewed in the United States June 1, 2023* Even though a "tuning mic," works like other contact mics and did a good job picking up sounds of vibrating metal set structures in a theater application (sent wirelessly through transmitter set to instrument level). Very robust construction compared to other cheaply assembled similar products. Good value! ## Frequently Bought Together - Korg CM-300 Clip-on Contact Microphone w/ 1.2" Maximum Width- Black - Aproca Black Hard Storage Travel Case, for Korg TM70 Tuner (TM70TBK) / Korg TM60BK / WEGROWER Tuner Metronome and Accessories --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/77287900-korg-cm-300-clip-on-contact-microphone-w-1-2](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/77287900-korg-cm-300-clip-on-contact-microphone-w-1-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-28*
