**Q: What is the return policy on this product?**
A: Amazon says you have one month.  The cost of toothpaste and brush head will be deducted.

**Q: My dog gets tummy issues from sorbitol so we usually just brush with coconut oil- will this product still work even if we can't use your toothpaste?**
A: Yes - ultrasound wave cleaning will still work - provided there is a coconut/saliva liquid present on the teeth and gum surface to serve as ultrasound transmission medium. However, the cleaning performance will not be same and the cleaning process may take much longer.

The best cleaning performance you will achieve by using the emmi-pet ultrasound toothpaste. Its formula is enriched with nano-bubbles and has the right properties / consistency for best ultrasound wave cleaning performance.

**Q: When i turn on the emmy-pet the green light goes on for a short time then turns itself off.  the blue charging light also keeps going off? why please?**
A: How long is a short time? 2 mins? If that is about as long as it stays on, that is normal. If it is less than that, there could be a few

**Q: I bought the set. the manual said, i have to charged first for 24 hours straight. i did. the light still red on it. what does it mean? not working?**
A: I found not only is it hard to read and understand, but it is so pale I never was sure what color it was.I don't use this expensive an difficult to use toothbrush anymore.  But if you take the brush off the base and snap on the brush then turn it on it should run.  Go with that answer.Otherwise write the manufacturer.As I said, I bought and tossed this expensive toothbrush.

My dog has alot of thick plaque build up on her teeth close to her gum line , after 3 uses the plaque came off in one lump, i was so shocked at the brilliant results. I did purchase a metal tooth scraper aswell to help with lifting plaque but this product is definitely worth the money as long as you read and follow the instructions properly.

I read the instructions carefully and used the emmi pet brush every day, save one or two. Now, after just about 4 weeks of treatment, I can say for sure that there is literally zero noticeable effect on the scale of those three teeth. So I am returning it. On a positive note, my dog was ok with the taste of the toothpaste :-)

Not able to charge it up for the first time yet. It comes with a 2-pin plug so will need to sort this out.
