Cocoa ash for soap making is a 500g package of high-quality, authentic African Black Soap ingredient, perfect for creating luxurious, nutrient-rich soaps that are both eco-friendly and versatile.

## Description

Cocoa ash is made from the left over cocoa pods after seed removal. The seeds are then used as the main ingredient in chocolate. But the cocoa pods are left behind as a by-product. These cocoa pods have traditionally been burnt to create cocoa ash. Cocoa ash is processed to create an organic lye used in traditional soap-making in Africa. The soap produced with cocoa ash lye is called Black Soap, due to the black color left in the soap from the cocoa ash. This soap is 100% organic with no synthetic compounds. The Black Soap is soft on the skin, removing dirt and oils while leaving a gentle and clean glow. Black Soap can be scented with lemon grass to give it a natural and refreshing zest. Below are the steps in order 1. Put your oil on fire and allow to heat a little. 2. Mix water to the cocoa ash but not too liquid 3. Add the mixture to the oil on fire and Stir gently until well mixed with the oil. 4. Continue stirring until all the the liquid absorb and observe it hardness. 5. Stop stirring and allow to boil. 6. You will see the soap coming up. There you can text with your fingers to see,if it looks like soap then you start collecting from the top. 7. Always wait till the soap comes up before collection until all comes up. 8. Afterwards you dry them on any hard surface until it cools down. 8. Ones it cools down, your soap is ready for use.
