Wasn’t happy with it so I sent it back. **Q: Is the bag made of silicone or some other material?** A: It is a good grade TPU. So it’s not sticky like silicone. **Q: How do you prime the drain tube? I tried holding the bag much higher than the drain tube.** A: As long as the bladder is higher than the outlet the water will flow pretty good due to gravity. Be sure the on off valve be the mouth piece is in the on position. **Q: Can the hose be removed for cleaning?** A: Yes. Assuming it holds up, and it feels like it will, this is a winner. Maybe this is obvious, but I wasn't sure how you open/close it until I received it. The entire top opens to feed in your ice or liquid it one fell swoop. Then, you roll it down against a built-in stiff collar three times and click it shut to close and create the carry/hanging handle. It is super fast and feels good. The only thing I would add is the ability swap out the hose in case you want it to be shorter (not need to hang as high). The gravity feed is great (bottle filler mode is super fast), but you need to have the hose "down" all the way for maximum current flow. Overall, great product.
