Amazon, please don’t play with your customers—especially those of us who spend thousands every month on your platform. The Singer ironing press arrived broken and does not work at all. It’s unacceptable to receive a defective product, particularly for something in this price range. It asks me all the time to "replace the filter" in a new machine with new filter!!!! Really??? I tried to reset it, nothing. I expected better quality control and service from a German product.
