Simply Ming 13" Technolon+ Jumbo Wok with Lid - Race Car Red

Bought this for my son and his girlfriend to match the rest of their Simply Ming pans. They absolutely love it! His exact words "Mom - you can burn cheese in this pan and it slides right out."

Perfect pan for anything you can whip up. Pretty enough to serve in. Practically cleans itself. INSPIRING!

Get for cooking Chinese cuisine

I have had many Woks made by many different manufactures and made in many different countries. Out of the box it performs like any new cooking utensil, non-stick, no hot spots or cold spots. No complaints as of this review yet. Larger than most home woks.

we had problems with the first one of these 13inch woks---after using it for a little while it started sticking eggs everything---we use wood or plastic in the pan--clean it wipe dry--then coat it with just canolla oil only---didn't help anything--at all--- sticks--called the ming people and they were most helpful with replacing the wok--with another new one we thought??--don't know---this one is worse than the first one--love to cook with this wok--but hate when it sticks--cooking anything!! We are taking care of it per instructions---so why its sticking we don't know--planning to call the people tomorrow--maby they will refund our money---don't think we want any more cooking pans!!
